Riaan Manser - Don't Just Talk, DO!

Written by: diannem

Riaan Manser has had an interesting past few years; he's ridden around the entire African continent on a bicycle, circumnavigated Madagascar, and Iceland, and has paddled from Africa across the Atlantic to Africa.

Speaking to Greg and Lucky this afternoon, Riaan spoke about what he feels we need as South Africa, and what he'll be talking about at this week's Changemakers conference coming up!

"The (Lead SA) conference gets like minded people together who actually sit down and honestly talk...businesses like you are the leaders in thought, in ideas and debate. So we at this Changemakers conference definitely want people to sit down and challenge when it comes to the acting side of things."

Riaan Manser

"South Africa needs leadership, and you and I, and the people sitting next to you, need to be that leadership, we can't wait for others."

Riaan Manser

"We've got a project where we're taking people and the average Joes to the most amazing places on the planet and showing them how easy it is to adventure."

Riaan Manser

The 3rd annual Lead SA Changemakers Conference is taking place on Saturday 25th August at GIBS in Illovo. The Changemakers Conference is bringing together like-minded people who are doing great things in their lives and in South Africa.
