Turning Point Global Men to mentor boys in bid to curb gender-based violence

Written by: Neo Koza

A new platform for men is set to create mentorship opportunities for boys in a means to address the phenomenon of absent fathers and tackle issues of gender based violence.

Turning Point Global Men will launch on Saturday.

Joanne Joseph spoke to coordinator for the men's platform Cyril Palany, to find out more.

Cyril Palany, Coordinator - Turning Point Global Men

If we stop these kids from becoming future abusers, if we stop them in their tracks...we want to train them to become mentors and I think that can go a long way in curbing the scourge of gender based violence.
