Joanne Joseph and Advertising Regulatory Board discuss ads pulled

The Advertising Regulatory Board (ARB) has ordered for ads by Volkswagen and Kota Joe Roadhouse to be removed following complaints that were launched and rulings that found them to be gender stereotyping against women.

Both the Volkswagen radio ad and Kota Joe Roadhouse’s billboard are said to have been considered under the Offensive advertising clause below the jurisdiction of the ARB.
